Wilma Shepherd B.Sc. Ph.D. - Head of Medical Information
Wilma has spent over 25 years in the field of clinical and biological research and was formerly head of Worldwide medical information for the Wellcome Foundation Limited and was a senior strategist for Oncology products in the international medical affairs group of Glaxo Wellcome. Wilma has had experience in a wide range of therapeutic areas, clinical trial programs and is a specialist in the field of viruses. She has also spent a number of years as a university lecturer in this field.

Robert M Pole FCA - Accounts Manager
Rob has spent the last 30 years since qualification in finance and management roles, primarily in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors with responsibility in the interlinked arenas of finance and IS, latterly as International Business Systems Manager at Murex Biotech (formerly Wellcome Diagnostics). Rob has extensive experience of working with multidisciplinary, multinational teams, operating on challenging circumstances and rapidly developing businesses.

Lara Suttie BA - Call Centre Manager
Lara's career began in the Travel Insurance industry in 2001, following her graduation in a Marketing & French Degree. Working within the direct sales sector of the travel insurance market, Lara gained valuable experience in all areas of call centre operations and management and was involved in the implementation of medical screening systems within a sales environment. Lara moved on to be appointed a directorship of an independent Travel Agency developing business within the on-line cruise sector before joining Travel and Medical as Call Centre Manager. Lara's primary role is to oversee the running of the call centre, ensuring that both the highest possible levels of quality and service are achieved in order to deliver a good customer experience.

David still serves on a number of committees and his primary role is to provide management support and identify new business opportunities within Europe.
