Call Centre Operator: £15,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
Successful candidates will be responsible for responding to incoming calls and conducting a risk assessment based upon clients medical conditions.
A proven experience in a previous customer service role is essential and knowledge of medical terminology is a key advantage.
All applicants must have achieved a minimum of 5 A-C GCSE grades and computer literacy is a necessary requirement along with a professional and confident telephone manner.
We are open between 09.00 - 18.30hrs Monday to Friday and 09.00 - 17.00hrs on a Saturday.
We have both full and part time positions available with a start time of 09.00am or a finish time of 18.30hrs. All staff are required to work every other Saturday and all part timers must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 working occasions in any week.
The starting salary is £13,000 (£6.67 per hour) plus OTE which increases to £15,000 (£7.69) plus OTE following a successful probationary period.
