Travel and Medical has a highly motivated and professional team of managers devoted to achieving both the highest levels of service and customer care.

Robert Pole - CEO
Rob has spent the last 35 years since qualification in finance and management roles, primarily in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors with responsibility in the interlinked arenas of finance and IS. Rob has extensive experience of working with multidisciplinary, multinational teams, operating in challenging circumstances and rapidly developing businesses.

Brad Bonser - Operations Manager
After graduating from Leicester University, Brad joined Travel and Medical as a medical screening agent and was rapidly promoted through the organisation spending time working directly with the Head of Medical Information, running the Call Centre Administrative Support team and took control of the team responsible for testing and configuring the second generation TAMIS® software. In January 2010 Brad accepted the role of Operations Manager and is responsible for the all Call Centre and Support functions.

Julie Hopkins - Medical Information Manager
Julie qualified as a nurse specialising in Neuro Intensive Care. In 2000, she made a career move into the Travel Insurance industry working for a leading underwriter handling top level claims and complaints. Julie has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both medicine and insurance has gained invaluable experience working in medical assistance and medical screening including direct involvement in the specification, development and updating of various medical screening systems.

Alexander Hitchins - IT Manager
Alex has 10 years experience in the IT industry working primarily on bespoke systems across a wide variety of industry sectors. Having started out as a junior developer he has progressed through Lead Developer and Software Development Manager positions to IT Manager. Alex was Lead Developer on the original team developing the latest generation TAMIS® platform.
